I am licensed in the State of Florida as a massage therapist with 20 years of experience. I worked with the Newark Bears Triple- A baseball team while working my certification in New Jersey. I performed Sports Massage with stretching on the players pre and post game. My massage experience expanded into medical massage(ability to treat syndromes such as Frozen shoulder and piriformis), in addition to using techniques such as Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial Release Technique, and Trigger Point Therapy.
